Actor Yoon Jong-hoon presented refined royal court cuisine on 'New Release Pyeon Restaurant.'

In the broadcast of 'New Release Pyeon Restaurant' on the 7th, Yoon Jong-hoon's appearance creating various dishes including mu gwajae, dongtaejeon, sasuljeok, myeongnan yeon-geunjeon, je-yuk guri, and sinseollo was depicted.

Paying attention even to the egg wash for the dongtaejeon, Yoon Jong-hoon said calmly, "I just followed the Korean recipe. I followed what my ancestors did; I didn't do anything new." After perfectly preparing the sinseollo broth, Lee Yeon-bok admired Yoon Jong-hoon's stacking of ingredients, saying, "If the sinseollo pot is heated, the food can stick. So, if you layer the radish like that, it can cook well while heating up."

Next, guests who would enjoy Yoon Jong-hoon's cooking appeared. They were friends who have been studying calligraphy with him at a private school for the past nine years. One friend said, "He made all labor-intensive dishes. I was surprised when I visited his home last time; I didn't know he could cook that well." The friends also called Yoon Jong-hoon "Teacher Seo-jeong."

Yoon Jong-hoon stated, "The teacher at the private school gave me a pen name. It's Seo-jeong," adding, "It means to write the character 'jeong' which means to shine or spread out."
