Actor Joo Ji-hoon revealed that he once had a meeting with his juniors for as long as 12 hours while filming The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call.
On the 5th, a preview video for the broadcast of tvN's You Quiz on the Block, which is to air on the 12th, was released. Joo Ji-hoon appeared following Lee Nak-jun, the creator of the Netflix original The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call.
Lee Nak-jun, when asked if he thought The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call would be a hit, said, "I imagined delusions such as 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call conquers Japan,' 'Invited to the White House,' etc., and even laughed while imagining that one of them called 'Nak-jun's' would become a variety show."
He then stated, "There was someone in the dark operating room. I experienced a situation that one might encounter once every few years," and noted, "Other than Joo Ji-hoon, I couldn't think of any other Baek Gang-hyuk."
Next, Joo Ji-hoon, who plays Baek Gang-hyuk in The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call, appeared. Yoo Jae-seok asked, "Did you have a tremendous amount of character setting and idea meetings?" To this, Joo Ji-hoon replied, "We had meetings ranging from as short as 7 hours to as long as 12 hours."
Joo Ji-hoon humorously remarked, "When I walk through the set and say 'Good morning,' the laughter abruptly stops, as if the lights have turned off."
Additionally, when Yoo Jae-seok mentioned that "Joo Ji-hoon talks too much," referring to someone else's report, Joo Ji-hoon responded, "Isn't it Kim Nam-gil?" and added, "We held a fan meeting in between. That's just how my house is. We are individualists," increasing anticipation for the live broadcast.
In particular, Joo Ji-hoon caught attention by performing the OST 'Is It Love?' from his past drama grants Gung.
Joo Ji-hoon will be appearing in You Quiz on the Block, which is set to broadcast on the 12th at 8:45 p.m.
