The Netflix film 'Revelation', which depicts a pastor who believes that punishing the perpetrator of a missing person's case is a revelation from God and a detective handling the case who is tormented by the ghost of his deceased brother, has presented a main trailer that promises the enjoyment of an intricate psychological thriller.
The released main trailer begins with the urgent voice of Pastor Seong Min-chan (Ryu Jun-yeol) making a call to the police, immediately drawing attention. After a young parishioner disappears without a trace from the church he runs, Seong Min-chan witnesses a revelation identifying formerly imprisoned Kwon Yang-rae (Shin Min-jae) as the perpetrator of the missing person's case.
Pastor Seong Min-chan, who leads a small church and lives a faithful life after receiving a missionary calling, undergoes a chilling transformation following his revelation, raising curiosity about the choices he will make. Detective Lee Yeon-hee (Shin Hyun-bin), who is tormented by the ghost of her deceased brother due to guilt, discovers suspicious circumstances while investigating the missing person's case and begins to uncover the truth. Her unwavering gaze demonstrates her strength in confronting her trauma, raising expectations for her efforts to solve the case.
Meanwhile, Seong Min-chan, gazing at something with a trance-like expression in the rain along with the caption 'A revelation has appeared,' raises questions about the limits of his blind faith.
