'I am SOLO' Season 25 contestant Youngsoo revealed his salary, sparking curiosity about his occupation.
In the episode aired on the 5th, the television show SBS Plus and ENA's 'I am SOLO,' featured the solo men and women who entered 'Solonara No. 25.'
Youngsoo, who was the first to enter 'Solonara No. 25,' sighed in disappointment upon confirming his name. He said, 'This is a name I never expected,' and the production team asked, 'Do you like the name?'
Youngsoo replied humbly, 'I don't like the name. I expected to see Kwangsoo, Youngho, Youngsik, or Sangcheol. Youngsoo is fine; smart and somehow, everyone from previous seasons have been quite impressive. I don't think I'm at that level yet.'
However, Youngsoo showcased a surprising charm in a pre-interview. When the production team asked, 'You save 20 million won each month?' Youngsoo surprised the MCs by replying, '(When my income is high) I earn about 3 to 4 million won a month after tax. My annual salary is around 400 to 500 million won.'
Youngsoo also mentioned, 'I majored in vocal music at an art high school,' and even sang during the interview. He then revealed, in response to the production team's comment, 'You should marry someone like me.'
Meanwhile, Youngsoo piqued curiosity during the introduction segment when he said, 'My first job is…'
