In KBS2's 'The Return of Superman,' Eun-woo gave up the younger sister he longed for to his brother Jeong-woo, delivering a touching moment filled with strong and precious brotherly love.
KBS 2TV's 'Superman is Back' (directed by Kim Young-min) aired its 563rd episode titled 'I will always protect you,' featuring three MCs Park Su-hong, Choi Ji-woo, and Ahn Young-mi, along with Supermen Kim Joon-ho and Jang Dong-min. Among them, brothers Eun-woo and Jeong-woo imagined a future with a younger sister while taking care of a doll named 'Choco.' They also tasted a new world of Chinese cuisine with 'sweet potato corn pasta' and 'sticky rice balls' prepared by Chef Jeong Ji-sun, known as the 'Queen of Dim Sum.' Ji-woo challenged his father Jang Dong-min to ice fishing, a winter leisure activity.
That day, Kim Joon-ho prepared a doll as a younger sister for Eun-woo, who had become more interested in his younger sibling. Eun-woo skillfully gave the doll a pacifier and fed it milk, even naming her 'Choco,' announcing the birth of 'Kim Choco.'
However, Jeong-woo was unable to hide his bewilderment at the sudden appearance of a younger sister. Although he brought books and toys to play with his brother Eun-woo, he showed a stunned expression seeing Eun-woo's gaze fixed only on the younger sister. To make matters worse, Eun-woo said, 'Choco is prettier than Jeong-woo,' and feeling that his brother's affection was taken away, Jeong-woo shouted, 'She's not a sister!' and turned his back on Eun-woo.
Only then did Eun-woo realize Jeong-woo's feelings and recalled the jealousy he felt when he first got a younger brother. Eun-woo hurriedly withdrew his hand from caring for 'Choco' and, to Jeong-woo's surprise, said, 'Eun-woo also doesn't have a younger sibling.' To comfort his upset brother Jeong-woo, he set aside his long-held desire for a younger sister. Despite being just 39 months old, Eun-woo's selfless love for his brother brought a touching moment. Furthermore, the cheerful smile on Jeong-woo's face, restored by his brother's affection, raised expectations for the deepening brotherly bond.
In particular, upon seeing the brothers, Kim Joon-ho also remarked, 'Jeong-woo has no younger sibling, and Eun-woo doesn't have one anymore. So neither do I,' affirming, 'So I would like to tell everyone watching in the studio that we will not have a third child at home.'
Meanwhile, Jeong Ji-sun expressed her fan excitement, saying, 'I have stayed up all night watching the Woo brothers' videos,' and visited their home. Eun-woo avoided Ji-sun's gaze, saying, 'She looks scary,' delivering a pure and blunt remark that made everyone laugh. Alongside this, Ji-sun and Kim Joon-ho engaged in a cooking competition to win the hearts of the Woo brothers. Ji-sun prepared cream sauce, while Kim Joon-ho prepared ketchup sauce. During this time, Eun-woo and Jeong-woo firmly expressed their displeasure, saying 'It doesn't taste good' even when Ji-sun kneeled down to suggest, repeatedly opting for the father's ketchup sauce, leaving the 'Queen of Dim Sum' flustered.
Meanwhile, Ji-woo took on the challenge of ice fishing for the first time in her life with her father Jang Dong-min on the ice. Ji-woo firmly shut the lid of the container with the bait fish, insisting, 'We cannot eat the living ones,' demonstrating her warm heart for animals, which filled the living room with warmth.
