RESCENE (Wony, Rive, Minami, Mei, Jena) concluded the official activities for their second mini album, "Glow Up," after the broadcast of MBC M and MBC every1's 'Show! Champion' on the 5th. "Glow Up" is an album that captures RESCENE's growth, reflecting positive changes in style, confidence, and skill, beyond mere appearance, showcasing a more diverse musical color.
After their comeback with the mini album "Glow Up" on the 17th of last month, RESCENE showcased a variety of performances over approximately three weeks on various music shows, including the title track "Glow Up," as well as the b-side tracks "CRASH" and "In My Lotion," spreading their lovely charm and a fresh, clean scent of soap.
Through their agency, RESCENE remarked, "I can't believe it's already the last performance and I feel sad, but I think I learned and grew a lot through this activity. Thanks to the many opportunities, we were able to present wonderful stages. I was truly happy to perform, thanks to the fans' support. We will continue to show good sides in the future."
RESCENE has reached a new height in their career with their mini album "Glow Up." "Glow Up" recorded initial sales of 41,314 copies, setting a new personal best for initial sales for RESCENE.
The title track "Glow Up" entered at 31st place on Melon's "HOT 100" (within 30 days of release) and 47th place on "HOT 100" (within 100 days of release), achieving their best results. Additionally, RESCENE continues to expand their global fandom by releasing an English version of the title track "Glow Up."
Celebrating their second year since debut, RESCENE recently stood out by being selected as a 'Rising Artist to Watch' by the renowned British music magazine NME, demonstrating remarkable presence. Their surprising growth both domestically and internationally has set high expectations for their future activities.
