The 'skillful boy band' ONEWE will present a more profound musical world.
ONEWE (Yonghoon, Kanghyun, Harin, Dongmyeong, Giwook) will release their second full-length album 'WE: Dream Chaser' at 6 p.m. today, through various music streaming sites.
The title track 'The Starry Night' is an attractive ONEWE-style rock band song that captures a pure dream of being together forever while looking at the starry night. It is an original song by member Kanghyun, with Giwook also participating in the lyrics.
The music video released alongside the song features ONEWE delivering a powerful band performance while transitioning between spaces reminiscent of the universe and their hideout. With a cinematic feel and surreal visuals, ONEWE will be depicted as one with their music.
In addition, 'WE: Dream Chaser' includes 'Alice,' telling the story that 'my savior was me'; 'EVILDOER,' about a villain inadvertently trapped in a deep swamp; 'One-way (一方通行: Traffic Love),' comparing unrequited love to a one-way street; 'Coincidence,' depicting feelings that have been there for a long time; and 'Endless (純愛: Endless),' conveying a pure love for a former partner.
It also contains a total of 11 songs including 'Rise Again,' romantically expressing the imagination of becoming an old musician; 'Dreamcatcher (靑天乙: Dreamcatcher),' a dream story with a blue bird that devours nightmares; 'All the Things I love,' wishing that this ordinary and peaceful moment lasts forever; 'Indelible,' singing about a single memory that never disappears; and 'Sole Star,' telling the brilliance of a black star that shines brighter.
'WE: Dream Chaser' is ONEWE's first regular album in about five years since the release of their first album 'ONE.' It encompasses everything about ONEWE chasing their dreams. All 11 tracks are original songs by ONEWE, showcasing a wide-ranging musical spectrum reflecting each of the five members' individuality. The more profound musical world unique to ONEWE is expected to unfold.
