As the story progresses, 'Newtopia,' which has ignited a proper fire with the evaluation of being a “zombie work that has officially begun,” has released an exhilarating preview and stills for episode 6.
The Coupang Play series 'Newtopia' tells the story of soldier Jai-yoon and his girlfriend Yeong-joo rushing towards each other through a Seoul city center that has been attacked by zombies.
The released preview is filled with the rising thrill and suspense of the zombie genre and charges forward vigorously. 'Aaron Park' (Kim Jun-han), wearing a unique armor that contrasts with his serious expression, loads a shotgun to fight against the zombies, while 'Yeong-joo' (Ji-soo) wields a giant chainsaw as a new weapon, displaying confidence but soon shows a twist as she panics and runs away from the approaching horde of zombies.
'Jai-yoon' (Park Jung-min) along with 'Gye-young' (Bin Chan-wook) and 'Su-jeong' (Hong Seo-hee) who have descended to a lower floor of A Tower, attempt to escape through a ventilation duct but face zombies head-on, finding themselves in a critical situation. Then, blood begins to drip from the ceiling of the elevator where 'Jai-yoon' and his party are, and sensing danger, 'Jai-yoon' shouts for everyone to get out as loud as he can, but the ceiling soon collapses. It is drawing attention to whether 'Jai-yoon' and his party can successfully escape A Tower.
The stills released alongside show fear on the faces of those bravely confronting the zombies, indicating that the threat from the zombies is intensifying.
