On this day, the agency noted, "The actions that threaten the safety of our artists and violate their privacy have escalated into a serious situation. We are taking active measures, including legal actions, to protect our artists."
BELIFT LAB explained the situation in three main points. First, regarding the invasion of artist privacy and illegal stalking incidents, ENHYPEN stated, "Recently, serious illegal stalking actions have occurred, including hiring delivery personnel or drivers to invade the artists' accommodations, take photographs of the artists, and sell them."
The agency added, "All these actions are causing severe harm to the artists, and we want to emphasize that they are acts of stalking against the artists' will. We are constantly gathering evidence that can identify the stalkers, and we are actively progressing with the reporting and suing processes using this evidence and tips from fans. We will actively cooperate with law enforcement to ensure a swift investigation."
Additionally, the agency addressed the issue of false information being spread about the artists, stating, "We have identified specific individuals maneuvering in online chat rooms to spread rumors about the artists or sell related information to threaten them. We are actively collecting evidence regarding these illegal acts and are taking strong legal action accordingly."
Furthermore, the agency emphasized the importance of order at airports, stating, "During domestic and international travel, large crowds at airports pose a significant threat to the safety of artists, fans, and all airport users. We ask fans to be mindful of order and safety in airports."

We have reported multiple stalkers for artist protection, and investigations by the police are currently underway. Recently, there have been serious illegal stalking incidents where individuals have been hired, such as delivery personnel or drivers, to invade the artist's accommodation, take photographs of the artist, and sell them. In response, we have initiated criminal procedures based on the evidence secured, such as CCTV footage.
Additionally, there are frequent invasions of privacy and stalking actions, such as illegally boarding the artist's flights with purchased information and persistent illegal filming in private spaces. All these actions are causing serious harm to the artists, and we want to emphasize that these are stalking actions against the artists' will.
We are continuously gathering evidence that can identify the stalkers. We are actively proceeding with reporting and suing processes using this evidence and tips from fans. We intend to cooperate fully with law enforcement to ensure a swift investigation.
2. Actions against organized false information spread to defame the artists
We have identified specific individuals organized in online chat rooms to spread rumors about the artists or sell related information to threaten the artists. We are actively collecting evidence regarding these illegal actions and are taking strong legal measures.
