CJ ENM announced the third artist lineup for 'KCON JAPAN 2025', which will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, from May 9 to 11.
The K-POP Fan & Artist Festival 'KCON', created together by global K-POP fans and artists, is expected to bring more diverse stages as it unveils a splendid additional lineup for 'KCON JAPAN 2025'. K-POP artists boasting overwhelming stage presence and skill will participate, planning to offer global fans attending 'KCON JAPAN 2025' an unmissable special moment. Moreover, as K-POP artists have been introduced to the global stage and the charm of K-POP has been promoted, the activities of super rookies making their debut at KCON are also a focus of anticipation.

First, marking their 16th anniversary this year, HIGHLIGHT will take the stage, known for their tight-knit chemistry and solid skills while boasting an unchanging presence, following a record of selling out all tickets for their fan concert scheduled for March. In addition, P1Harmony, a global hit group that recently entered the 'Billboard 200' at No. 16 with their mini album 'SAD SONG', updating their best record, and was proud to be named 'K-POP Artist of the Year' as the Korean ambassador for the global record event 'Record Store Day', along with YENA, who is actively transforming between singer and actress after successfully finishing her first solo concert in Seoul and Osaka, Tokyo, and landing the lead role in her first terrestrial drama, also joined the lineup.
The participation of global rookie groups leading a new wave of K-POP also draws attention. DXTEEN, a six-member global boy group that has been breaking into the upper ranks of the Oricon chart with their debut single 'Brand New Day', is set to release their fifth single 'Tick-Tack' on May 7. The girl group KiiiKiii, rich in Gen Z charm, will release their debut album 'UNCUT GEM' on March 24, and their music video for 'I DO ME' topped the YouTube trending video chart just 12 hours after its release, showing a hot response. The next-generation boy group KickFlip from JYP achieved various album chart No. 1s with their debut album 'Flip it, Kick it', winning two awards at a music awards ceremony about a month after their debut, while tripleS, the first 24-member girl group in K-POP, is returning to meet global fans through 'KCON JAPAN 2025' after announcing full group activities this year following 'Girls Never Die'.
'KCON JAPAN 2025', returning with enhanced content to Japan, the first Asian base for KCON, will not only feature dazzling performances by representative K-POP artists but will also be a festival where attendees can freely participate and enjoy various activities related to K-POP, K-beauty, and K-food, tailored to their preferences and interests.
Meanwhile, KCON, which started in Irvine, California, in 2012 and has since been held in various locations worldwide, has established a festival model encompassing cultural elements centered around music content, playing a pioneering role in the spread of Hallyu. The cumulative offline attendance of KCON held in 14 regions worldwide, including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, reaches approximately 1.99 million.
