Jo In-sung, who left the agency he had been with for 13 years, will establish his own management company.

According to OSEN's coverage on the 4th, it has been confirmed that Jo In-sung is in the preparation stage for establishing his agency.

Jo In-sung debuted as a model in 1998 and began his acting career through the drama 'School 3' in 2000. Afterward, he formed a connection with Ko Hyun-jung by co-starring in the 2005 SBS drama 'Spring Day' and signed an exclusive contract in 2012 with NS ENM, which was founded by Ko Hyun-jung and her younger brother.

As they maintained a strong bond for over 10 years, rumors of a romantic relationship between Jo In-sung and Ko Hyun-jung also surfaced. In response, Ko Hyun-jung noted on YouTube in January last year, "Seong-yi met me at 25, he is a good friend and masculine," and emphasized, "It is not a romantic rumor. He also has eyes."

Amid this, rumors of their breakup emerged in September last year. Reports indicated that Jo In-sung's exclusive contract with iOKAY Company is set to expire in the fourth quarter of this year, and it was confirmed that there is no intention of mutual re-contracting. At that time, NS ENM stated, "Nothing has been decided yet," but the breakup rumors became reality just six months later.

On the 3rd, NS ENM released an official statement saying, "As the expiration of the exclusive contract with actor Jo In-sung approaches, we reached a consensus not to renew the contract after extensive discussions for a long time. We express our gratitude to actor Jo In-sung, who has been with us for a long time with special trust and affection, and we sincerely support him to shine in various activities in the future."

Jo In-sung also expressed his gratitude, stating, "I would like to thank the representative and the company staff who have been with me unchanged for a long time. Thanks to your unwavering support and infinite encouragement, I felt secure, and I am very grateful. I will not forget the consideration and kindness you have shown me over the past 13 years. Once again, I extend my deep gratitude."

After concluding the 13-year partnership with NS ENM and deciding on a beautiful farewell, Jo In-sung plans to establish his own management company and embark on a new journey. He is also reportedly set to recruit junior actors to nurture the next generation of stars.

However, Jo In-sung is currently staying abroad to film director Ryu Seung-wan's new movie 'Humint.' Thus, it has been confirmed that no specific progress has been made regarding the company establishment. Jo In-sung plans to start full preparations after completing his filming schedule.

Meanwhile, Jo In-sung has actively participated in dramas such as 'Bali Story,' 'Spring Day,' 'Dear My Friends,' 'It's Okay, That's Love,' 'That Winter, the Wind Blows,' and films like 'Smuggling,' 'Mogadishu,' 'Ansi Fortress,' and 'The King.' He recently completed filming for director Na Hong-jin's movie 'Hope' and is currently in the midst of shooting his next project, 'Humint.'
