Niel is establishing a one-person agency and embarking on a solo career.
TEEN TOP's Niel announced on the 4th, "I will establish the agency EL&D Entertainment and begin anew as the representative and artist of the company."
The name of the agency EL&D is derived from Niel's 'EL' and his real name Daniel's 'D'. It conveys the intention to showcase various charms of artist Niel that have not yet been displayed, including his entertainer side and human aspect.
Niel noted that through his new agency, "While I cannot say there are no fears or burdens regarding new attempts, I am also excited and grateful for the unwavering support from my fans, which gives me strength."
