The group NMIXX has unveiled a cinematic new album story film, heightening anticipation for their comeback.
NMIXX will release their fourth mini album 'Fe3O4: FORWARD' and the title track 'KNOW ABOUT ME' on the 17th. Ahead of this, JYP Entertainment is sequentially opening teaser content, including concept photos, visual films, and tracklists, for the new release on their official social media channels. At midnight on the 3rd, they released the first part of the new album story film 'HARDBOILED AND AURORA,' which increased curiosity.
The video begins with the phrase, "This adventure is not the first one. I am the cause of the previous adventure's failure. The other sisters do not know this fact because they have no memories. Only Seol-yoon remembers. She does not believe me." As the screen transitions, Haewon and BAE face the raging storm, attempting to move forward but are blocked, encountering fierce winds and rain. Kyu-jin, standing before Lily, Haewon, Seol-yoon, BAE, and Ji-woo who are gathered in one space, unfolds a blueprint and begins to create something new for their adventure based on it. To her, Seol-yoon whispers, "Don't fail this time."
Next, images of Haewon and Seol-yoon searching for those who will embark on the adventure together, and Ji-woo opening a mysterious box with a warning not to open it, appear in sequence. The film concludes with Ji-woo faintly smiling through the rising black mist, heightening curiosity for the next part.
The new album 'Fe3O4: FORWARD' is the final episode of the 'Fe3O4' series, following mini albums 'Fe3O4: BREAK' and 'Fe3O4: STICK OUT'. It includes a total of six songs, featuring the title track 'KNOW ABOUT ME', along with 'High Horse', 'Slingshot (<★)', 'Golden Recipe', 'Papillon', and 'Ocean'. With fresh music highlighted by 'MIXX POP' and solid skills, NMIXX continues to deliver a strong impact with each album, and attention is focused on what new impression they will leave with this latest release.
