On KBS2's "Boss's Ears Are Donkeys' Ears," self-proclaimed star chef sisters Jeong Ji-sun and Kim Hee-eun are competing in a Korean-Chinese collaboration showdown. Their husbands will serve as judges, leading to a unique display of love and war that has drawn attention.

On today's broadcast (Feb. 2), "Boss's Ears" will feature the self-proclaimed "star chef sisters," globally charismatic chef Jeong Ji-sun and beautiful Michelin one-star chef Kim Hee-eun, each representing Chinese and Korean cuisines in a collaborative showdown. Additionally, Jeong Ji-sun's husband, CEO Lee Yong-woo, and Kim Hee-eun's husband, chef Yoon Dae-hyun, will serve as judges, reportedly engaging in a fierce battle beyond the competition.
The dishes prepared for the collaboration by chefs Jeong Ji-sun and Kim Hee-eun are eggplant torta plate and Hong Shao Rou kimchi dumplings. When the final judge, CEO Lee Yong-woo, makes his entrance, Kim Suk-eun expresses concern, saying, "They are the couple with the worst relationship among those appearing today." As predicted, CEO Lee Yong-woo claims, "I am objective," hinting at being partial from the start, then adds, "Why are you adding kimchi juice again when you’re putting in kimchi? No, don’t do that," showing a distorted expression as he gets chastised by chef Jeong Ji-sun. Park Myung-soo then advises, "It seems you two do not get along, so it would be better for you to get along now."
While judging, chef Kim Hee-eun tastes the eggplant torta plate she made and comments, "It seems like it could be sold right away. I think customers would be highly satisfied." In contrast, regarding the Hong Shao Rou kimchi dumplings made by chef Jeong Ji-sun, she states, "I don't like kimchi, but this kimchi is delicious," only praising kimchi from Kim Hee-eun, which earns Jeong Ji-sun a sharp glare. Unable to hold back, Park Myung-soo comments, "Your husband lacks a lot of sense," while Jeon Hyun-moo shouts, "He’s a burden of a husband," adding to concerns that the collaborative showdown might lead to love and war.
