Actor Park Jeong-soo made a candid remark about the death of the late Kim Sae-ron.

On the 1st, a video titled "Park Jeong-soo & Noh Joo-hyun Part 1: Remembering Kim Sae-ron, who passed away at 24" was posted on Noh Joo-hyun's YouTube channel.

Noh Joo-hyun said about the deceased, "It's hard to express, but I can't just be sad. In the end, she couldn't overcome the waves of the world." Park Jeong-soo remarked, "Motivation was provided by Kim Sae-ron. She drank and drove. But since she has a pretty face, I think our people might be a bit unforgiving. When someone is that outstanding, we really have to be careful."

Park Jeong-soo stated, "My body is not me. If I'm acting in a play or a theater like now and I fall somewhere, it would cause inconvenience, right? You always have to be careful."

Regarding negative comments, Noh Joo-hyun said, "It must have been tough for a girl who hasn't experienced the storms of the world." Park Jeong-soo expressed her honest thoughts, saying, "The standards for celebrities are harsh. I think it would have been fine to treat them like ordinary people."

The late Kim Sae-ron had struggled with financial difficulties. Kim Sae-ron ceased her activities in the entertainment industry after being involved in an accident on May 18, 2002, in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, while driving under the influence, crashing into guardrails, trees, and transformers multiple times.

After going through a period of reflection, it was reported that she worked part-time at cafes, pubs, and holdem bars, but her claims of financial hardship turned into "false accusations," leading to unexpected controversy. However, despite the allegations, Kim Sae-ron was known to have been struggling financially due to delays in her return to acting and issues with penalty fees.

Park Jeong-soo explained, "In entertainment, when a celebrity pays back 7 to 8 billion won within a few years, people think celebrities will repay their debts quickly. But that's not the case. Of course, world stars may earn that much. Some individuals receive several hundred million won for a single project, but there are also those who get 200,000 to 300,000 won for a 60-minute show."

Finally, Park Jeong-soo emphasized, "In conclusion, celebrities are a product that is put out for sale. Therefore, you always need to be careful."
