Kang appeared in tvN's 'The Potato Lab,' which aired for the first time on the 1st, playing the role of the cold principled So Baek-ho. The show was directed by Kang Il-soo and Shim Jae-hyun, with a screenplay by Kim Ho-soo, and produced by CJ ENM Studios and Chorokbaem Media.
So Baek-ho, who serves as the director of the strategy planning department at Wonhan Retail, is a character who revamps the team based on mathematical judgment and reorganizes the personnel, referred to as the 'Grim Reaper of Capitalism.' On this day, So Baek-ho calmly responded even in a situation where someone he caused to be fired threatened him with a weapon, demonstrating a meticulous attitude by pointing out the paper weight of A4 sheets at The Potato Lab, the subject of a merger and acquisition.
The cold-hearted So Baek-ho collapsing in a potato field brought great laughter to viewers. So Baek-ho was attacked by the magpie of The Potato Lab and rolled around in the field.
