The new special unit of the group Seventeen, Hoshi and Woozi, is reaching out to fans with the new song 'Same Age.'

Hoshi and Woozi posted the tracklist of their first single 'BEAM' on Seventeen's official social media on the 28th at 9:06 p.m. According to the post, the new release features a total of three songs, including the title track 'Same Age,' 'PINOCCHIO (feat. So!YoON!),' and 'STUPID IDIOT.'

The highly anticipated song is undoubtedly 'Same Age.' Hoshi and Woozi participated in writing and composing this track, presenting their story from their trainee days to the present in a light-hearted manner. As friends born in 1996 and leaders of Seventeen's performance and vocal teams respectively, the two are expected to rise as representatives of the '96 line through this new song.

Hoshi and Woozi are credited for all the songs featured in the new release, including 'Same Age.' The first track 'PINOCCHIO (feat. So!YoON!)' was completed with lyrics by Hoshi and Hoshi and Woozi's participation in writing and composing. The final track 'STUPID IDIOT' was created with melodies and lyrics written by Hoshi and Woozi together. BUMZU, who has produced numerous hit songs for Seventeen, also contributed to the entire project.

An unusual collaboration is also attracting attention. Hwang Soyoon, the frontperson of the band NEO and a solo artist active as So!YoON!, features on 'PINOCCHIO (feat. So!YoON!).' Known for collaborating with various artists like RM of BTS, Silica Gel, and Phum Viphurit, fans are keen to see what synergy Hoshi and Woozi will create with her.

'BEAM' signifies the light that emanates from Hoshi and Woozi. The originality and self-love that Hoshi and Woozi have built through continuous challenges are expressed in various lights. Following the tracklist, they will release a trailer on the 3rd and two official music video teasers on the 8th and 9th, with the music video for 'Same Age' and the full album expected to be unveiled on the 10th at 6 p.m.

Seventeen's group activities will continue. They will hold the 'SVT 9TH FAN MEETING 'SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND'' at the Incheon Munhak Stadium on the 20th and 21st. In April and May, they will hold a total of five local fan meetings at the Kyocera Dome Osaka and Saitama Super Arena.
