Actor Jung Hae-in quietly displayed the South Korean flag to draw attention on March 1st.
On the 1st, Jung shared a photo of the flag on his social media without any additional comments. It appears to be a post commemorating the 106th anniversary of March 1st.
Previously, Jung gained attention when it was revealed that he is the direct sixth descendant of Jeong Yak-yong.
He is a descendant of Jeong Hak-yu, the second son of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong, and in 2022 he participated in the recording of an audio guide for the Jeong Yak-yong historic site located in Jooan-myeon, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province.
In particular, Jung noted regarding his direct lineage to Jeong Yak-yong, "I lived with my grandparents when I was young, so I heard many stories. I felt a sense of pride as I reflected on my ancestors' teachings and footsteps," while responding to the question, "Did you feel the need to be more mindful of your actions?" he remarked, "I suppose that thought did occur to me."
Meanwhile, Jung, who received much love for his role as Choi Seung-hyo in the drama "Mom's Friend's Son" last year, recently showcased his unique sense of entertainment on "Good Day."
