'Undercover High School' Jin Gi-joo realized the misunderstanding of Seo Kang-jun as a perpetrator of school violence and apologized.
In the third episode of the MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School,' which aired on Feb. 28, the misunderstanding about Jung Hae-sung (played by Seo Kang-jun) was resolved, showing Oh Soo-ah (played by Jin Gi-joo).
That day, Jung Hae-sung, who sneaked out of Byeongmun High School's old building, revealed to his team members that there is a connection between 800 billion won in gold bullion and school ghost stories. He explained, "The seal of Seo Byeong-moon imprinted on this key matches exactly. The part to pay attention to is the interpretation, which suggests the beginning of the gold bullion."
Chairperson Seo Myeong-joo (played by Kim Shin-rok) also noticed the connection with the ghost stories. Hearing from Principal Park Jae-moon (played by Park Jin-woo) that ghost stories and the skeleton model were discovered, she said, "I never imagined it. Oh my, this is so interesting. Anyway, he is really an amazing person. He is quite a peculiar guy. Ghost stories at school, indeed." while looking eagerly at the photograph of Seo Byeong-moon (played by Kim Ui-sung).
The next day, Jung Hae-sung was misunderstood as a perpetrator bullying Lee Dong-min (played by Shin Jun-hyang) by Park Tae-soo (played by Jang Seong-beom). The misunderstanding was brief as Oh Soo-ah realized that Park Tae-soo, not Jung Hae-sung, was the real perpetrator of the school violence. Park Tae-soo, dismissively said, "Oh, this is so annoying. Teacher, just pretend you didn't see. Just follow the time-limited rules. Teacher, I'll let it go today because I look pretty. Don't do this again next time." and left the scene.
Later, Oh Soo-ah encountered Jung Hae-sung at a convenience store and asked, "You knew, didn't you? The reason I couldn't say anything to Tae-soo and Dong-min is that I didn't trust them." She continued, "I'm sorry for misunderstanding about your grandmother's ID too, and for not realizing your concerns sooner."
Meanwhile, Lee Dong-min's grandmother was arrested by the police as the mastermind behind an illegal gambling site due to Park Tae-soo's actions. Jung Hae-sung, who learned this late, told Oh Soo-ah, "It must be related to Park Tae-soo. Your grandmother's ID. If things go on like this, your grandmother might be detained," and added, "This is a serious crime, and someone must take action."
Eventually, Oh Soo-ah anonymously exposed the truth about Park Tae-soo on the school bulletin board. However, during an interview with Seo Myeong-joo, Lee Dong-min falsely testified, "The article posted on the bulletin board is fake. Tae-soo didn't hit me. The one who really hit me is Jung Hae-sung."
It turned out that Park Tae-soo had threatened him with a knife the night before. Upon learning this, Jung Hae-sung, despite his school violence committee being convened, asked Oh Soo-ah to "buy some time" as he sought out the true mastermind.
And at the moment when he was on the verge of expulsion, Jung Hae-sung made a grand entrance at school on a motorcycle. While everyone was watching, Oh Soo-ah muttered, "Crazy guy," but felt happy internally. Jung Hae-sung caught the mastermind behind the illegal gambling site and attended the school violence committee, promising to punish Park Tae-soo.
At the end of the video preview, Oh Soo-ah was depicted treating Jung Hae-sung's face, which was injured, and feeling a tremor. Notably, Oh Soo-ah remarked, "My heart keeps fluttering," raising curiosity about the development of the plot.
