S.E.S member Shoo (real name Yoo Soo-young) has transformed into a businesswoman.

Previously, Shoo was sued in 2018 for failing to repay approximately 700 million won in gambling funds. She was accused of habitual gambling worth hundreds of millions of won on 26 occasions from August 2016 to May 2018 in places like Macau, and in February 2019, she was sentenced to 6 months in prison with a 2-year suspended sentence and 80 hours of community service.
Afterward, in 2022, she attempted a comeback by debuting as an internet broadcaster, but faced criticism due to controversies over exposure. Recently, she revealed, "I learned about a company through an acquaintance and had the opportunity to participate in the development and investment of health products using centella asiatica as the main ingredient," drawing attention as she prepared for business.
