Ryu Su-young even challenged himself to make apple fish-shaped buns. He even attempted to sell for the first time. He developed a combination of apple compote and fish-shaped buns and successfully created what is called 'luxury fish-shaped buns' by adding mozzarella cheese. Locals said, 'It's really delicious,' successfully hitting the taste buds of Macau.
