Broadcaster Hong Jin-kyung built an IGLOO amid an unprecedented cold wave.

On the 27th, a video titled "Hong Jin-kyung, crazy about IGLOOs, nearly got stranded in the IGLOO she made in 10 hours" was uploaded.

On that day, Hong Jin-kyung went out carrying a lot of luggage. He explained, "No matter how much I think about it, it's the strongest cold wave right now. Senior Kyung-kyu told me to make an IGLOO, but as the filming day approached just two days away, I couldn't sleep at night. I think I'm going to get scolded a lot by my senior. It's too cold. I can barely last 15 minutes. I think we should go down together today and check how cold it is, to see if we can make it."

The place Hong Jin-kyung headed to was a village in Chungcheong-do known as the Alps. He said, "If we can go down and try to make it ourselves, let's do it. We can check if the IGLOO is warm or not, and we can hang out at Senior Kyung-kyu's house with Young-chul too. You know how Senior is. He might kick us out."

Later, Hong Jin-kyung headed to the village in the Alps with strong supporters and challenged himself to build an IGLOO on the spot. However, what seemed like a smooth IGLOO construction soon ran into difficulties. As the height increased, the blocks began to collapse continuously, and heavy snowfall put them in a stranded situation.

In the meantime, Hong Jin-kyung emerged in front of a sturdily completed IGLOO, drawing attention. He remarked, "Finally, the IGLOO we made is finished. I'm going to check how cozy and warm it is," and added, "It's 6.7 degrees. Outside, it's minus 2 degrees, but in here, it's around 6 degrees. With a blizzard like that outside, coming in here shows how cozy it is. Let's say the IGLOO is warm and go eat some ramen."

As it turned out, with the heavy snowfall nearing the closing time of the Alps village, Hong Jin-kyung suggested, "Shall we just go in there? Then we can cook ramen here," proposing to enter the already completed IGLOO. After completing the goal of checking the internal temperature of the IGLOO, he returned to his own unfinished IGLOO and started cooking ramen.

He stated, "It's definitely warm in here. It's cozy inside," and the production crew was puzzled, asking, "But the top is completely open?" Nevertheless, Hong Jin-kyung confidently responded, "This is the power of the IGLOO. It feels so different. Come in. It's all good. It's cozy, amazing!"

After getting hit by snowflakes and cooking ramen, Hong Jin-kyung remarked, "It's really delicious. It's not too stimulating and very good," expressing his admiration. He then announced, "I successfully built the IGLOO house."
