Based on the drama of the same name from 2011, the show musical Again "Dream High" (hosted by Art One Company Co., Ltd. / producer Kim Eun-ha), which has been loved for showcasing K-pop and K-performance on stage, is upgraded with the addition of creative director Park Kyung-rim and an ultra-luxurious cast to meet the audience.

With the opening in April at the Olympic Park Woori Financial Art Hall approaching, the show musical Again "Dream High" was first introduced to viewers in 2011 as a drama. The drama featured not only the original Hallyu star Bae Yong-joon but also "prepared big stars" such as Kim Soo-hyun, Suzy, IU, and Ok Taek-yeon, making their youthful appearances.

The show musical "Dream High," which premiered in May 2023, has already received great love from the public and has created much buzz both in Korea and abroad through the licensing export to Japan. With the opening of the Korean performance this April, expectations are rising even more as performances in Japan are also on the horizon.

The show musical Again "Dream High," which has been reborn as a global content, is elevating expectations further with the involvement of broadcaster Park Kyung-rim as the creative director, who stated, "I will solidify the status of Korean dancers and take the lead in the globalization of K-content." Also, as in the premiere, top domestic choreographer Choi Young-joon will join to present an upgraded stage.

The production is led by director Yeom Hyun-seung, who has showcased sensuous stages through various large-scale events including the Shin Ha-chul 10th Anniversary Concert and fan meetings for Jung Hae-in and Lee Je-hoon. Music director Park Jae-hyun, who adds depth to the work with delicate musical sensibilities through musicals "Laika" and "Ghost Bakery," will also be involved.

The show musical Again "Dream High" unfolds the story of the protagonists after they graduate from high school. The character "Song Sam-dong," portrayed by actor Kim Soo-hyun in the drama "Dream High," will be played by Kim Dong-jun, formerly of the Empire Children, Seven, Young-jae of GOT7, and Jin-jin of ASTRO.

As a character that forms a rivalry with Song Sam-dong, the charismatic and ambitious character "Jin-guk," played by Ok Taek-yeon in the original drama, will be portrayed by Kang Seung-sik, Yoon Seo-bin, Jang Dong-woo of Infinite, and musical star Chu Yeon-seong.

Playing the role of Jason, a dancer with outstanding talents in both singing and dancing, will be Kim Dong-hyun, who made his first theatrical challenge in early 2023 as the young Sam-dong, along with Block B's Yoo Kwon and Lim Se-joon.

Additionally, in the drama "Dream High," the charming character Baek Hee, played by Ham Eun-jeong, will be portrayed by Sun-ye and Luna. For the quirky teacher Kang Oh-hyuk, a role originally played by Um Ki-joon in the original drama, will be played by Kim Da-hyun, Lee Ji-hoon, and Jung Dong-hwa. The entertainment company president Ma Doo-sik, who has a tumultuous personal history, will be portrayed by Kim Joo-ho, Ryu Seung-moo, and Tae Hang-ho.

Furthermore, the principal role at Girin High School will be filled by actors Park Jun-kyu and Bae Hae-sun, who move between stage and screen showcasing charisma. Lastly, broadcaster Park Kyung-rim, who is also the creative director of the show musical Again "Dream High," will directly appear in the role of the principal, presenting a different portrayal from previous seasons.

Showcasing an eye-catching glamorous cast, the show musical Again "Dream High" will demonstrate the potential of K-musicals once again, performing from April 5 to June 1 at the Olympic Park Woori Financial Art Hall, with the first ticket release scheduled for March 7.
