The group LE SSERAFIM has revealed the fourth concept of their new album 'HOT'.
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chae-won, Sakura, Heo Yoon-jin, Kazuha, Hong Eun-chae) posted photos and videos of the compact album version of their mini album 'HOT' on the team's official SNS at 12 a.m. on the 27th. This followed their previously released trailer 'Born Fire,' which delighted fans as it connected with the 모습 (appearance) they presented earlier. 'Born Fire' featured members who were endowed with vitality and acted freely, resembling works of art.
The compact album version video begins with Hong Eun-chae's walk. The members appear in turn, concluding with a confident image of LE SSERAFIM standing in front of a cat wheel.
LE SSERAFIM showcases extreme contrasting charms through the two personal photos released. They present changes from the white outfit worn while portraying a statue in the trailer video to an all-black style reflecting a hot attitude. Kim Chae-won, who was sitting on a sofa like a doll holding a pamphlet that said 'EASY,' 'CRAZY,' 'HOT,' changes into a black outfit and sits on the cat wheel, sending a charismatic gaze. Sakura displays innocence with her long hair flowing but also exudes a cat-like charm with dark smokey makeup. Kazuha alternates between an elegant swan-like appearance and a cosmopolitan look with a high ponytail. Heo Yoon-jin adds fun by striking dynamic poses in the static art gallery and tunnel. Finally, Hong Eun-chae impressively pulls off everything from long black hair to a golden bob styling.
So far, LE SSERAFIM has introduced four visual concepts, including 'TANNED GUAIAC,' 'DRENCHED VETIVER,' 'BLEACHED AURA,' and the compact version, allowing listeners to feel the atmosphere of their new album 'HOT' in advance. Starting from March 3, they will reveal a track sampler, a track list on the 4th, and a highlight medley on the 7th, providing hints related to the music.
According to the Japan Record Association on the 27th, LE SSERAFIM's title track 'CRAZY' from their mini-album released last August surpassed a cumulative playback count of 50 million as of January this year, earning a 'Gold' certification in the streaming category. The Japan Record Association grants monthly certifications based on the cumulative play counts, categorizing them into 'Gold' (over 50 million), 'Platinum' (over 100 million), and 'Diamond' (over 500 million). Continuing the momentum from their previous work, LE SSERAFIM will release their new album 'HOT' at 1 p.m. on March 14.
