Actor Jang Geun-suk successfully completed his first talk show held in Japan.

He had meaningful time with fans through the 2025 JANG KEUN SUK TALK SHOW [Salon de JKS] held on Feb. 21 and 23 in Osaka and Tokyo. This event was planned to facilitate honest conversations up close, showcasing 'human Jang Geun-suk' in a calm atmosphere rather than a glamorous stage.

The performance began with a video relay from the waiting room, offering fans a delightful surprise. The scene showing the preparation process and the cheerful moments with staff was met with enthusiastic reactions from the audience.

On stage, Jang Geun-suk communicated with the audience on various topics such as dreams, happiness, love, and oneself. Particularly, he conducted the event solo in Japanese without an MC, stating, “I studied more to reduce translation time as I wanted to communicate more closely with fans,” which moved the audience. Thanks to his natural use of the language, the atmosphere became even warmer.

He created a sincere moment by introducing fan stories and offering counseling on concerns. He went down into the audience, making eye contact and greeting them, while also passing the microphone to the second and third floors to provide heartfelt answers to fans' concerns.

The highlight of the event was the reading of a letter he wrote himself. Jang Geun-suk read the heartfelt words and presented it to fans, adding to the emotional atmosphere. He concluded the performance with a warm statement, saying, “In the future, I want to be someone who can express my feelings well to precious people and listen to stories around me.”

Audience members who attended the event praised, saying, “I was happy to have a conversation at such a close distance,” “I enjoyed it enough even without singing,” “I was so surprised at how well he speaks Japanese,” and “I was touched by the sincerity in the letter.”

Meanwhile, Jang Geun-suk is set to release a new single, 'Curtain Call,' on April 9 and will meet fans again at the 2025 JANG KEUN SUK SPECIAL LIVE 'Nevertheless' at Makuhari Event Hall on the 22nd and 23rd.
