Broadcaster Kim Dae-ho, a former announcer, responded directly to the attacks from Hong Seok-cheon and Lee Kyung-kyu.

On the afternoon of the 25th, Kim Dae-ho appeared as a guest on MBC FM4U's 'Two O'Clock Date with Ahn Young-mi' (hereafter 'Two Date').

Earlier, during the broadcast of 'Two Date' on the 4th, Hong Seok-cheon discussed the criteria and candidates for guest invitations for 'Hong Seok-cheon's Treasure Box.' During the conversation, announcer Kim Dae-ho was mentioned, and Hong Seok-cheon joked, "Not now, but when I debuted, the standards were different. As I get older, my freshness diminishes. It's like aged meat. I prefer raw meat."

Hong Seok-cheon disclosed his honest thoughts about Kim Dae-ho, saying, "I like to raise those I designate. Kim Dae-ho has already succeeded with a pathetic concept, so there’s no thrill in raising him now." He also commented on Kim Dae-ho's resignation, saying, "Isn't he leaving MBC? I dislike traitors. Those types generally don't have a good ending. They need to starve a bit to realize and crawl back in, daring to leave MBC."

In the meantime, when asked what he wanted to say to Hong Seok-cheon regarding his comment about needing to starve to reflect, Kim Dae-ho retorted, "I don’t think I’ll be starving anytime soon."

He also humorously responded to Hong Seok-cheon's assessment that his charm has diminished, saying, "It's gone well in many ways. Aren't we both happy?"

He continued, "In fact, when Hong Seok-cheon first joined as a 'new employee,' he was very raw, and his skills were likewise rough. Looking back, he seemed amateurish and lacked skills, but he received a lot of help from others. I cautiously asked him if I could call him 'hyung,' to which he replied, 'then I'm your hyung, right?' He was so warm, and while we haven't been in touch much since then, I've been cheering for him from afar."

Ahn Young-mi remarked, "Hong Seok-cheon is someone who enjoys discovering unrecognized talents and nurturing them," to which Kim Dae-ho agreed, saying, "That's right. He really has a keen eye."

When asked about the rumors that he resembles Ji Jin-hee, Kim Dae-ho replied, "Is there a legal problem with that? It's fine, right?" and added, "Not really, but I always feel a bit sorry... However, I'm active as an MC on Real Investigation Team. It would be a great honor if we meet someday."

Moreover, Lee Kyung-kyu claimed on KBS2's 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears' that "there's a serious lack of space for entertainers who are former comedians. The place for those who have studied humor has disappeared. The era for comedians is collapsing. Various roles are making their way into entertainment, and among them, there are those at risk. They need to be eliminated," asserting that broadcasters who are former announcers are disrupting the ecosystem. He has also created laughter by revealing a 'do not appear in entertainment' blacklist including individuals like Kim Dae-ho.

In response, Kim Dae-ho expressed, "It's a great honor," adding, "I've been included in the entertainment ban list as a target of Kyung-kyu. When I saw the article, how did I feel? The invitations are handled by the producers and writers."
