Lee Ji-hye has complained of unexplained health issues.
On the 25th, Lee Ji-hye posted on her social media, "For the past few days, I've experienced headaches, lower back pain, and even unexplained pain in my trapezius muscles. I've tried Tylenol and various massages, but nothing seems to work, so I'm going to start Pilates," along with a photo of herself during Pilates.
She continued, "Once I decide to do something, I start right away, so I searched for a nearby place that feels right and headed out. Since I'm using muscles I haven't used before, I feel like I’m stretching and moving bones around my spine, and it feels good, so I want to officially announce that I'm starting Pilates from now on."
Additionally, she noted, "If I don't document it, I might not keep going. I enjoy lying down, so I'm really starting now."
Yoon Hye-jin, who saw the post, cheered her on, saying, "You went! Good job," to which Lee Ji-hye replied, "I'm scared of nagging," eliciting laughter.
Meanwhile, a netizen expressed concern, saying, "One can suddenly feel pain for no reason before experiencing panic disorder." To this, Lee Ji-hye responded, "Oh my. Is that true?" drawing attention.
Lee Ji-hye married her husband, Moon Jae-wan, in 2017 and has two daughters.
Earlier, in a broadcast on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' in December, Lee Ji-hye expressed her dissatisfaction, saying, "My husband feels like a burden." After the show aired, he remarked, "The extremely sharp comments made me realize a lot. I'll listen to the advice well and try to do better. I filmed this a month ago, and while not everything aired, I've been receiving counseling and I'm feeling much better."
