A wife's story regarding her immature husband was revealed.
In the episode aired on the 24th of MBC's 'Oh Eun-young Report: Marriage Hell,' a wife's story about experiencing depression and considering extreme choices due to her immature husband was revealed.
The wife said she decided to remarry after being captivated by her husband's devoted love while raising three children alone after her divorce. However, her husband changed after the marriage and behaved immaturely like a child.
The husband went to the billiard hall after only having a meal even though his mother-in-law came to the store. The wife caught attention by acting like her mother, giving side dishes and kimchi to her mother and younger brother.
While operating a restaurant, the wife frequently appeared to forget things. The wife noted, "It seems related to sleep. Since about 3 or 4 years ago, I haven't been able to sleep even when I'm tired. There have been times when I couldn't sleep for even a minute for two days," indicating that her memory decline could be related to sleep.
The wife surprised those around her by saying, "There have been times when I couldn't remember the number when opening the house door." Oh Eun-young expressed concern, saying, "Your memory decline is serious." The wife also mentioned that she couldn't remember her resident registration number when signing grants with the production team.
The husband also claimed he was aware of his wife's psychological state. He said, "I heard that she thought about what it would be like if she went up to the rooftop and fell. Although she didn't show it outwardly, I was very surprised."
The wife missed her father-in-law, who had been her support during tough times. She said, "He was the only one who listened to me even when I complained about my husband."
The wife stated, "My ex-husband drank and was violent. Compared to my ex-husband, my current husband is a perfect 100. My husband doesn't do those things," and added, "I don't want to fail a second time." On that day, her husband kindly dried her hair and personally prepared medicine for her.
The husband understood his wife's true feelings and said, "She usually doesn't show her feelings. She tends to bottle things up and suddenly explode. I feel pain knowing that she has been much more difficult and suffering than I thought."
The wife remarked, "I feel that my husband loves me. However, it bothers me when he doesn't do things he doesn't want to do. Sometimes, I wish he would help a bit with the store instead of not drying my hair or preparing medicine for me."
