Singer Park Jin-young (J.Y. Park) successfully concluded his local performances in Japan as part of his 30th anniversary concert 'Still JYP'.
Park Jin-young held a total of three year-end solo concerts titled 'Still JYP' at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul, in December last year, demonstrating his enduring 'living legend' power even after 30 years since his debut. He continued the excitement with performances at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan, on February 20 and 21, 2025, as part of 'Still JYP'. This concert marked a reunion with local fans after approximately two years since the 2023 'GROOVE BACK in JAPAN'.
With a vibrant band sound, Park Jin-young conducted the concert showcasing overwhelming performances and live skills, as well as an endless parade of hit songs. He opened with "Don't Leave Me", "Love Song", and "She Was Pretty" and elevated the atmosphere with his songs "How to Avoid the Sun", "Again & Again", and "Lies".
The setlist, allowing attendees to enjoy various music, elicited cheers, and the presence of spectacular guests, including Sung Si-kyung, NiziU, and NEXZ, added rich entertainment. In particular, a unique collaboration time was arranged, enhancing audience satisfaction. Park Jin-young, introducing Sung Si-kyung as "an artist I truly love," provided a special touching moment by singing TWICE's 'Feel Special' together.
Additionally, NiziU's Mako and Rima, who were birthed from Park Jin-young's fingertips and grew into a major girl group, showcased their performances of 'Goodbye in Broad Daylight' and 'When We Disco (Duet with Sunmi)', displaying fantastic synergy. Tomoya from NEXZ, illuminating his presence as a 'global star rookie' through active activities, harmonized with Park Jin-young during the stage of Rain's 'Change Me (Duet with JYP)', creating explosive performance synergy. Near the end of the concert, he expressed his gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank you for placing singer Park Jin-young on stage. It has been 30 years since my debut, but my goal remains to convey the best music, singing, dance, and emotion to all of you. As promised to my fans, I will show you the best stage when I turn 60."
