Lee Gang-won, a shaman from 'Spirited Love 2,' revealed the background that led him to become a shaman.

On the 25th, the SBS variety show 'Spirited Love 2' featured shamans, fortune-telling experts, and astrologers visiting the Spirited House to gauge first impressions. The MZ shamans were depicted as deeply contemplating their choices when selecting first impressions based only on each other's birth dates and times.

Among them, there was one person who displayed a unique path: shaman Lee Gang-won. He noted, “I want to date someone spontaneous and honest, who enjoys eating.” He added, “My grandmother told me about someone and I ended up wanting to meet that person, thus there were differing opinions. I decided to let my disciples do as they wished.”

He continued, “The profession I really didn’t want was to be a shaman. I was sick for over twenty years, and then my mother kept saying she saw a woman in traditional shaman attire.” He elaborated, “Then my maternal grandmother, uncle, and mother all passed away in the same month. I thought, ‘Is it really like this?’ and so I decided to receive the shaman initiation ceremony,” sharing his story.
