In 'Ask Us Anything,' Seo Chang-hoon expressed regret over a story that revealed he had provided a total of 80 million won in support to his family.

On this day, a man who had recently joined a large corporation appeared, sharing that his family frequently asked for money, stating, "I have been working for 8 years and have saved a total of 0 won," which was shocking. The man explained, "In high school, I received 8 million won as a prize, and after one year of employment, I saved 10 million won and sent it to help with my mother's house deposit before enlisting in the military," adding, "But when I returned from service, I found all the money had been spent, and to make matters worse, there was debt as well. I have been filling in the gaps financially in between."
The man revealed that his mother started a business she had inherited from an aunt, saying, "She asked for 10 million won for education expenses, and I took out a loan to give it to her," but noted that the revenue was exceedingly low, making it difficult to operate the store. He added, "My mother had many disputes with a business partner and, while moving the store on her own, took out an additional loan of 20 million won, but the situation with the new store is not going well."
The man explained, "Whenever there is a collection issue at my father's factory, he asks me for money," adding, "My younger sibling also has no income, so I have covered the deposit for their apartment; overall, I have sent a total of 80 million won to my family over the past 8 years."
In response, Seo Chang-hoon said, "I want to say a word to my mother watching the broadcast," adding, "This is money that your son has worked hard to earn from a young age, and you have spent it all—what is going on?" He expressed anger, asking, "Why can't he work under someone else? Just how great must the person be?" He then lamented, "Now, at 28 years old, my son says he has saved 0 won for his family."
Lee Soo-geun said, "If you don't give money, he won't do it; you need to go your own way now," also expressing anger. Seo Chang-hoon remarked, "No matter the situation, do not give him money; he has done enough. Is there anything more he should do?"
