My Little Old Boy's Lee Joon-soo made an appearance, showcasing his exceptional physique.

The meeting between Lee Jong-hyuk and his son Lee Joon-soo with Lee Sang-min and Im Won-hee was depicted. Joon-soo, who is 194 cm tall, mentioned, "I grew a lot when I transitioned from middle school to high school." Joon-soo expressed, "Honestly, I want to be a bit shorter," stating he prefers to be around 187 cm.
When asked who he is close to, Joon-soo replied, "I am closest to Yoon-ho hyung." The two have maintained their friendship for over 10 years. Having undergone a diet, Joon-soo revealed, "I peaked at 109 kg. Now, being tall, I'm at 88 kg." The news of losing nearly 20 kg surprised the members of the 'Mobengers.' Regarding his diet plan, Joon-soo stated, "I only ate one meal," mentioning his practice of one meal a day.
Joon-soo mentioned he did a lot of handstands for his diet, sharing his personal diet tips, stating, "I also exercised a lot to do handstands." After stretching, Joon-soo successfully performed a handstand with ease.
