Actress Yoon Seung-ah recently expressed feelings of depression and took a trip abroad with friends, spending time away from her husband and son.

On the 23rd, Yoon Seung-ah uploaded a video titled "A short yet fulfilling Tokyo" to her YouTube channel "Seung-ah-roon." In the video, Yoon Seung-ah, who traveled to Tokyo, said, "I finished a photoshoot yesterday and packed in the evening. I got some sleep, but I'm quite tired. However, I will do my best to eat, play, and enjoy the two days I have."

She added, "My mother gave me pocket money to have a good trip. I will eat delicious food," showing the letter and pocket money written by her mother-in-law.

Yoon Seung-ah revealed, "The corner of my mouth was a bit different when I came with my brother compared to when I came alone. It was a bit difficult to keep my mouth down when I came with my friend. At that time, I was so happy to be a free woman that I couldn't contain my joy. But today, I didn't really want to come here."

She continued, "I couldn't be with my son Won-i yesterday, and my husband coughed a lot in the morning. So I felt a bit bad, but since I'm already here, I have to enjoy myself."

While traveling, Yoon Seung-ah happily video-called her son. She said, "Won-i, have fun with Dad," while greeting him. She also mentioned, "I want to post on Instagram while I'm in Tokyo. I have nothing to post except for Won-i's photo," as she took pictures.

Previously, in a video on the 16th, Yoon Seung-ah had expressed her feelings of depression. She explained, "After giving birth, I lost my confidence. I didn't recover like before, and my face doesn't feel like it used to. I usually don't look in the mirror much, but I look even less and feel a bit uncertain about myself. I also experienced feelings of depression."

Yoon Seung-ah stated, "For those who feel depressed about gaining weight in winter, or feel like they're not themselves after giving birth, join me. I'm actually not one to take care of myself well, but I feel like I need to, so I'm planning to attend to skin care. My chin is becoming more prominent. So I'm considering going for massages as well," indicating her focus on self-care.
