Previously, Ko Hyun-jung appeared in the drama 'Namib,' and it was reported that she underwent major surgery due to health issues before returning to the 'Praying Mantis' filming set, adding to the concern.
Afterwards, Ko Hyun-jung also drew attention by revealing her makeup during filming, which made her face full of bruises.
Meanwhile, 'Praying Mantis,' starring Ko Hyun-jung and Jang Dong-yoon, directed by Byeon Young-joo and written by Lee Young-jong, is a work depicting the story of a woman imprisoned long ago for a serial murder case, as someone begins to imitate her and commit serial murders. It is scheduled to be aired on SBS in July.
