The children of actress Kim Sung-ryung are the talk of the town. Kim appeared on MBN and Channel S's 'The Jeon Hyun-moo Project 2' as a 'meal friend' on the broadcast on the 21st, introducing local cuisine in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province.
On that day, born in February 1967, Kim surprised everyone with her ageless beauty. When Kwak Tube asked about Kim's son's age, she responded, "My son is 25 this year." Jeon Hyun-moo then said, “People who don’t know might think he’s her younger sibling.
"What is your son trying to do?" was the follow-up question, to which Kim replied, "He is working as a ski instructor at a ski resort." Kwak Tube responded, "He must be really popular there. A ski resort is truly a place for dating," eliciting laughter. To the ageless Kim, Jeon Hyun-moo asked about her skin care secrets, and Kim coolly responded, "I went to the dermatologist yesterday." Jeon Hyun-moo joked, "Everything is solved with money," bringing more laughs. Kim also mentioned she undergoes 'Thermage' (a skin treatment using radiofrequency energy), saying, "I do it once a year. Instead, I increase the number of shots. The standard is usually 600 shots, but I do 900 shots," surprising everyone. She added, "It really hits hard. The money I earn to invest in myself is enormous," she said coolly.
On the other hand, Kim mentioned that she gained immense popularity after being crowned 'Miss Korea.' She said, "I've basically done all kinds of broadcasts. I ended up hosting more than I expected. My very first debut was as an MC for 'Entertainment Weekly' with teacher Yoon Hyung-joo. Then I got to work on director Kang Woo-suk's 'Who Saw the Dragon's Claw?,' in which I had a leading role in my debut project." Kim added, "The funnier part is that I couldn’t do movies for 16 years after that. I rejected every opportunity that came to me, so I hardly received offers. I took acting too lightly. I thought, ‘Oh, I’m a bit tired. Let’s not do it.’"
