Recently, Kim Dae-ho, who announced his resignation from MBC, marked a new beginning at his former workplace.
As reported by OSEN on the 21st, Kim Dae-ho has confirmed that he will appear on MBC FM4U 'Two o'clock date with Ahn Young-mi' broadcast on the 25th. This broadcast will be conducted as a visual radio, and it comes about 21 days after Kim Dae-ho left MBC on the 4th, making his visit to his old workplace even more anticipated.
Earlier, Kim Dae-ho completed the resignation process on the 4th and left MBC. He noted in his resignation letter that he is 'going out to earn money' and that this is 'a point in my life where change has come,' disclosing this in the recent final recording of MBC 'Home for Sale.'
Regarding the reason for his resignation, Kim Dae-ho said, 'When I was an employee, I did what I always did, like a squirrel running on a wheel,' and added, 'When that work becomes second nature and I can't remember what I did today, I feel hollow about what I am doing now.' He also shared, 'I have a desire to shake everything off for just a month and focus solely on myself.'
As the airing date approached, Kim Dae-ho was asked, 'What will Kim Dae-ho be doing a month later, on February 20th?' and 'Are you doing well? Are you healthy?' Eventually, he was asked, 'Where are you now?' Kim Dae-ho made the audience laugh by saying to the camera, 'Are you okay, Dae-ho?'
Contrary to his worries, Kim Dae-ho has returned to MBC. Recently, he signed an exclusive contract with his agency, One Hundred, signaling active engagement ahead.
Meanwhile, announcer Kim Dae-ho joined MBC as a newscaster after being selected as one of the final three from 5,509 applicants in the 2011 MBC announcer competition program 'Our Sunday Night—Newcomers.'
He has served as a program host and news anchor in various fields, and in 2023 he appeared in the popular MBC entertainment program 'I Live Alone,' receiving the rookie award at the 2023 MBC Entertainment Awards for his unique and free lifestyle.
