Girl group Blackpink will embark on a new world tour starting with the main stadium at Goyang Comprehensive Sports Complex on July 5–6.
According to YG Entertainment on the 20th, Blackpink is expected to hold stadium performances at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles, Soldier Field in Chicago, Rogers Centre in Toronto, and Citi Field in New York City, following the Goyang Comprehensive Sports Complex.
Blackpink will also perform in a total of 10 locations, including Stade de France in Paris, Ippodromo Snai La Maura in Milan, Estadi Olímpic in Barcelona, Wembley Stadium in London, and Tokyo Dome in Japan.
In particular, the London venue is Wembley Stadium, known as a 'dream stage' in the United Kingdom. This will be the second time a K-Pop artist holds a solo concert at Wembley Stadium, following BTS in 2019.
A YG representative noted, 'All the venues announced so far can accommodate tens of thousands of people, confirming once again the status of a global top-tier group.'
He added, 'Blackpink is preparing a scale and performance of historic proportions, comparable to the previous 'BORN PINK' tour, which attracted a total of 1.8 million people.'
