According to Melon's annual chart for 2024 announced on the 9th, this song, which gained great popularity on short-form platforms, topped the annual chart. Additionally, the debut song "Magnetic" by Aileet, which captured attention with its addictive quality, ranked eighth, NewJeans' "How Sweet" placed 15th, and IVE's "I AM," released in 2023, came in 21st, continuing the strong showing of girl groups from last year.

Last year, the band craze led by Day6 was also prominent. The song "Bam Yanggang" by Bibi, which drew attention in the first half of last year, ranked 16th. Rosé from BLACKPINK collaborated with pop star Bruno Mars on the song "APT," which was released in October, and despite being released later, it impressively climbed to 46th place.

On the overseas annual chart, Charlie Puth's "I Don’t Think That I Like Her," which has built a solid fandom in Korea, topped the chart for the second consecutive year after 2023. NewJeans' Japanese debut song "Supernatural" ranked second, while Seiko Matsuda's "Aoi Sangosho," which drew attention when member Hanni performed it at a Tokyo Dome fan meeting, ranked 95th. Taylor Swift's "Cruel Summer" landed at 6th place, benefiting from the effects of her world tour.
