SM Entertainment will release a commemorative album featuring its artists remaking hit songs to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

As the first track, SM noted that the remake of TVXQ's debut song "Hug" by Rise will be released on the 8th at 6 p.m.

SM introduced that "this album will include versions of representative hit songs from SM reinterpreted by junior and senior artists to reflect each team’s style," adding, "Over the years, many have been by SM's side, and they will be able to meet SM's diverse music in a new style."

The Rise version of "Hug" is a pre-released track ahead of the album's launch. It incorporates Y2K vibes and trendy sounds into the original song, giving it a newtro atmosphere, with Rise's smooth acapella melody featured in the introduction.

Other tracks will be premiered on stage during the SM 30th Anniversary Concert "SMTOWN LIVE 2025" held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the 11th and 12th.
