On the 30th, a magazine posted news on its social network service (SNS) account about an arrest warrant for President Yoon. Noel commented on the post with his official account saying, "It's really disgusting," and added, "Close the page."

He also criticized the Democratic Party and leader Lee Jae-myung with expressions such as "colorful propaganda and Li Zai-ming."

Li Zai-ming is the Chinese pronunciation of leader Lee's name. It is a term used by some to accuse him of being "a servant of China."

Noel also used profanity and criticized the magazine by adding a prefix meaning 'leftist' to its name.

Noel appeared on Mnet's 'High School Rapper' in 2017 but withdrew after a controversy over soliciting prostitution arose. In 2019, he was sentenced to a one-year, six-month prison term suspended for two years for drunk driving, and in 2022, he was sentenced to one year in prison for driving without a license and assaulting a police officer. His father, former lawmaker Jang, resigned from his position as the chief of the Yoon Seok-youl campaign at the time and did not run in this year's general election.

Noel was released in October 2022 after serving his sentence.
