Winter of the girl group aespa donated 100 million won to Samsung Medical Center to help patients in difficult circumstances.
The donation Winter provided is planned to be used to support surgeries, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients who are economically vulnerable.
Winter said, "I hope to be of at least some help to the treatment and recovery of patients facing financial hardship," and added, "I will sincerely cheer so they can regain a healthy daily life."
This is not the first time Winter has done a good deed. Winter donated 100 million won to the Korean Red Cross last year to support recovery from wildfire damage in the Yeongnam region.
Together with fellow aespa members, Winter has also taken part in donations for firefighting and relief efforts in Hong Kong, and has continued various acts of sharing, including donating concert revenue to support recovery from wildfire damage in Los Angeles (LA) in the United States.
